Transcription
Transcription is the conversion of verbal communication in any language into text, yielding a written transcript of the content. When completing a transcription, your auditory content will first be listened to and tracked by a transcriptionist specialized in the language being spoken and subject matter being discussed. When the transcript has been completed, it is then reviewed by a second language expert, who confirms the accuracy of the transcribed material. Many transcription requests are paired with translation, but this is not always the case. If a translation is needed for the transcribed material, our unique document translation process would ensue at this stage (see Document Translation for more details). The final step of the transcription process includes quality assurance, in which a quality assurance expert reviews the final transcript to ensure completion, quality, and adherence to both our standard as well as any requested guidelines.
We know that no two audio files are the same—ranging in various levels of sound quality, number of speakers present, number of languages spoken, various content types, as well as conversation lengths—regardless of the combination in your file, our team of experts will be delighted to support your needs as best as is possible!
We appreciate and recognize that each client and their needs are different. As such, we offer customized solutions that are tailored to fit your unique requirements and goals to enable you to break down language barriers and expertly connect with your desired audience!
