• In the “Notes” field, please include a brief description of what’s needed. 

• For services with output files only; i.e., document translation:​

  • Ensure proper selection in the “Special Requirements” field 

    • A certified translation includes a standard Certification Statement, authenticated via corporate stamp, attesting that the output file is a complete, true, and accurate translation of the original document in terms of both content and tone. 

    • A certified translation with notarization includes the above, with the addition of a signature notarized by a PA notary. 

  • Make sure to select your preferred final delivery method.

  • Fill in the “Preferred Transliterations” field, if applicable. These will be your preferred English spellings of proper nouns present within the source document for verification (for files that have non-Latin alphabet source languages; i.e., Chinese into English document translation). 

    • Names and addresses are transliterated (spelled out via sound) in these cases, so their English spellings may vary; however, if spelling preference is provided, our linguistic professionals can utilize those, if they verify them as indeed being accurate per the source document.
